MATERIALS / SPECIFICATIONS

22070-CH Aluminum Channel: Inside mount aluminum channels for the Legacy Door Flood Barrier Shield. This product is manufactured with tightening screws
mounted every 8 1/2”. This part can be modified for outside mount Flood Barrier Shields if specified. Standard channels for outside
mount Flood Barrier Shield are 3/4” x 3/4” x 3/4” x 1/8”.

Frames: Channel 6062 alloy T5-T6, with 10-32 stainless steel Allen head tightening screws every 8″ on center.

Seals: Neoprene lines the bottom of the shield. Sponge Rubber lines the channels. Our seals are composed of high-density rubber extrusions for increased strength with a low hardness that provides superior compression

Hardware: #10 x 1-1/4″ FHPH with plastic expansion tube anchors. Snap covers for safety provided for the top of the channels and for the mounting holes.

Installation: To be installed on Hollow Metal frames, Aluminum frames, Wood frames, concrete, brick or metal surface outside the frame. For more information, please download our installation instructions.

Floor Surface: We recommend our 319Threshold for the best seal. It is a flat 1/4″ x 3″ beveled aluminum plate.
